The Giles Banked Fryers are designed for foodservice operations where getting large quantities of product cooked quickly is important. In the either of two standard configurations (two 20-inch fryers or one 20-inch and one 24-inch unit) the Giles Banked Fryers can produce tremendous amounts of fried products. The Giles EOF-14/FFLT was designed to quickly serve fresh and hot fried foods. This versatile fryer accomodates all types of fried foods and is designed to provide rapid recovery so even those unexpected heavy customer volumes can be accomodated with ease.
